How does your pickup and delivery laundry service work?
It's simple! Submit a pickup request through our website, and we'll coordinate a convenient pickup time. We'll collect your laundry, wash, dry, and neatly fold everything before delivering it fresh and clean right back to your doorstep. No laundromat trips, no hassle!
How much does your wash and fold laundry service cost?
Our standard wash ’n’ fold service is $32.99 per 13-gallon bag. Want to save? Join our Laundry Savings Subscription for just $29.99 per bag with a 6-month commitment. Additional bags receive the same discounted rate. membership automatically continues month-to-month after the initial six months.
Do you charge extra for pickup and delivery?
We offer FREE round-trip pickup and delivery for customers located under 5 miles away! For locations farther away, our fees are $6 for 5–10 miles, $9 for 10–15 miles, and $12 for 15–20 miles. Each fee covers both pickup and return delivery.
Can you clean bedding, delicate clothing, and heavily stained items?
Absolutely! In addition to everyday laundry, we care for bedding, towels, baby clothes, work uniforms, and scrubs. We also offer specialized attention for stains and delicate garments, including formalwear and wedding dresses. Let us know about any special-care instructions when requesting service so we can determine the best cleaning approach.
How long does it take to get my laundry back?
Turnaround times depend on scheduling and the size of your order. Need your laundry sooner? Next-day turnaround is available for an additional $10 per order, subject to availability. We'll confirm the expected return time when arranging your pickup.
Do I need a subscription to use Erica's Wash ’N’ Fold?
Not at all! Our pay-as-you-go service lets you request laundry pickup whenever you need it, with no commitments. For regular customers, our Monthly Subscription offers a discounted rate of $29.99 per bag with a six-month membership commitment, billed monthly. Enjoy flexible pickup scheduling while saving on every bag!
